Callie offers 2 options to return your purchase:

All Sale & Collaboration items are marked as non-returnable and not eligible for store credit refunds. Please ensure to read the product descriptions and Terms and Conditions carefully before you checkout.

GO TO MY RETURNS - Select the item you wish to return, provide your return reason, and pick your return shipping method.
- Print and paste the label or simply hand write your tracking number on the outside of the package.
- Note: Shipping costs will be paid by you. Packages lost in transit will not be reimbursed or handled by us.
- Pro-tip: Take a picture of your parcel being received by the logistics courier for documentation purposes.
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, and in good condition, complete with all tags and label
- Items sale & collaboration collection not applicable for return and refund procedure
- For hygienic purposes, beauty products, stationery, intimates, swimwear, accessories (including jewelry, socks, scarves), home and living products are non-returnable & non-refundable
- For all items packed with boxes, both item and its box must be returned in its original conditions.
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box included.
- All the shipping cost will be borne by customer
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the item is received and we will proceed the exchange or store credit refund.
- More than 14 days, we cannot proceed the return and refund.
- All item that purchase using store credit, cannot be returned
- Store credit cannot be exchanged to cash / credit card. It will be expired in 1 month and can be used to purchase any items on Callie website.
Callie reserve the rights to reject any return if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.
Expect to receive the refund after the lapse of approximately 24 hours from the date item is received at our warehouse.
You may use the store credit to place another order on the item you would like to be exchanged. If the item requested is not available in stock, you may use the store credit for any other items in our site. There is a month expiration date in your store credit.
You will get notification about your return status on your email
For now, we only accept domestic returns.
