I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once you already placed an order with us, you won’t be able to cancel or modify your order. Please make sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. The payment received can’t be returned.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Items can only be exchanged not return and it should be new, unused, unwashed, and all the garment tags still attached with the same packaging that we used to send the goods. Only size and colors that can be exchanged. We do not provide pick up service for exchanges.

If you want to exchanged your order, please kindly inform us and send back the goods within 7 days after you received it, and we will process immediately.
